The stay was perfect! The location could not have been any better. We took our 6 year old granddaughter and the rooms and layout were great for us. We will definitely be back!
We had a nice time staying at this cabin. They had plenty to do in the cabin and the pool was a great addition just down the hill. Jack is the host and he does take a bit to get back to you, but he will and he seems to value your thoughts and input. The back patio features the much used hottub, which while we were there had a pretty bad cover, but was noted and I'm sure will be replaced to keep the water temp where it need to be. All that said, it does have a pretty good amount of privacy on that back deck. The kitchen was nice and we did cook several meals while we stayed and it seemed to have most everything we needed. Beds were firm and a great nights sleep for us. The cabin could use some attention to some fixtures, but that too was noted and those, I imagine will be addressed to maintenence. All in all for the price and location, the cabin was an enjoyable place for us to stay!
It was an amazing place to stay at. Being so close to Dollywood was perfect. Even being close to the main road going through Pigeon Forge was really nice. The cabin was just as it was pictured in the listing. We would definitely stay here again when the time comes for another vacation.
This was by far the best trip my family and I had to the Smoky Mountains. The host checked in and kept the lines of communication open. The cabin was beautiful and spacious. I would definitely come back.

Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. You were a very communicative guest and very respectful of the home. We'd love to host you again.
The host responded to me very quickly and allowed me to book an extra night I hadn’t originally booked! He was kind a efficient. The cabin, the showers, the bathrooms, the furniture.. it was all very clean and accommodating with the essentials. Location was great!
It was a nice cabin. Was stocked with everything we needed. Was very clean and the kids enjoyed the pool table and arcade. Just Too many remotes to operate the TV (very frustrating). Main downfall was the air isn’t on when you arrive and seems like it takes forever to get cool. Other downfall is the location isn’t private at all but is very close to town.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us Lanisa!
I ask guests to turn off the air conditioning when checking out so that it's not needlessly running when it is unoccupied. Guests can adjust the temperature to their liking during their stay.
I mention in the listing that the cabin is close to town and is located within a resort. The pictures accurately depict the spacing of the cabins. Guests seeking more seclusion may want to consider being higher in the mountains, but the downfall would be longer travel times to the attractions.
The TV's are equipped with Spectrum cable, RokuTV, and a DVD player, so it's understandable that they each have a remote to accommodate all of the features I provide.
We had 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 10,7,3,1). Even though we never had to call Jack and Michelle, we felt they were very accessible due to the messages they sent to us during our trip making sure we were comfortable and happy. The cabin was very clean upon arrival. The description of the property was very accurate and our expectations were met. Any questions we did have were answered by reading the listing. Overall, we were very pleased and would revisit. Thank you Jack and Michelle!!

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
alot of stairs
the house was fine, however it was obvious that it was ready for us early, nowever the code was not engaged until 4pm. we had driven for hours, had lunch and was tired but could not enter early because it was not allowed. you should communicate with cleaning crew better.
The cabin was clean, and in a great location. Only complaints I have are communication with the host. I sent multiple messages concerning the guest bathroom tub and sink not draining and never got a response. All showers and teeth brushing had to be done in the master, which was kind of an inconvenience because the master bedroom is an open layout, meaning the sink and shower are open to the bedroom. The only thing I got was what seemed like an automated message regarding check out. The other negative I saw was there was no dish cloths, dish washing rags, or dish soap. We only used a couple of dishes and hated having to run the dishwasher just for that. Besides those things, we had a great stay!
The cabin was great! Family-friendly, clean, and the host was a great communicator along the way. My kids especially loved the arcade games. I’d gladly stay there again!
Although this cabin could accommodate a larger group as well, it was perfectly cozy for our family of four. 2 king size beds and 2 pullout couches - all very comfortable. Kitchen was complete with all things needed to cook breakfast and/or dinners at home if desired. The pool table & provided board games are a nice touch as well. Jack was a great host & communicated with us along the way when things came up. We would definitely stay here again!
