This extravagant home is perfect for family reunions and gathering friends with its spacious porches overlooking Camp WaterColor Pool, Playground, and Wood Fern Park.

Step onto the front porch at 254 Spartina Circle to find two comfy lounge chairs, a perfect spot to relax as the children play across the street at the park. The spacious pet friendly home at 254 Spartina Circle begins in the living room with a a large white linen sectional to enjoy quality time with your family and friends. To the left, you will find a deluxe kitchen fit for a chef. The kitchen is stocked with all stainless steel appliances, and an endless amount of cooking supplies. Ready for dinner, seating for eight is at the kitchen table. The open concept kitchen, living and dining area make it easy and enjoyable to host all of your friends and family. Around the corner, you will find a laundry room should you need to wash clothes during your stay. On the opposite side of the home is a spectacular master suite featuring a large king bed and an extraordinary bathroom with a walk-in shower, jetted tub, and double vanities.

Explore up the staircase to find a fun living area for the kids. This area is decorated with love- painted hand and feet prints all along the wall- from the homeowners family. This area of the home features a sleeper sofa along with a flat screen TV. Along the hall, you have four other bedrooms to lay your head to rest after spending the day by the pool or on the beach. The first bedroom is a second master suite. This room has a king bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The next room is perfect for the kids. This room has a twin over full bed with a TV for the kids to relax and watch their favorite cartoons. Down the hall, you will find two queen bedrooms each offering its own bathroom.

254 Spartina Circle has one more special advantage, a carriage house. This extra space is steps from the back porch. Travel up the staircase to a small get-a-way from the main house. Perfect location for our family; year after year

We continue to return to this beautiful property every year. The kids have the best time, easy access to camp watercolor. We have come to enjoy the bike rides to the beach which is about ten minutes. Can’t wait for the new lazy river to open:)

Great property!

House was spacious and provided plenty of room for our group of 8 adults. Rooms are large and house is well equipped, including 6 bikes. Carriage house is a real plus. Parking can be a little tight but manageable. Perfect location across from Camp Watercolor and just a couple of blocks to Publix. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location!

The location of the property is amazing. Directly across the street from camp watercolor pool which is great if you are staying with littles. I would definitely recommend bring some kitchen “tools” with you. Lacking on cabinet space for food, baking dishes, measuring cups etc. Rugs could use some Cleaning but overall very nice!

Fabulous location, plenty of space

Perfect place for our blended family and friends! We were able to bike to the new resort pool, in to Seaside and all around the neighborhood. Property management was incredibly responsive to minor issues. Fairly well stocked home...could use new pillows, oven mitts, throw blankets and board games or remember to bring your own! Definitely an amazing property you won’t regret! Location is ideal for those with younger children as it is directly across the street from Camp Watercolor

The house was in very good condition...while the location was a bit far away from the beach, it was in a good neighborhood. Unfortunately, the owners did not tell us that Camp WaterColor was going through a complete makeover and the noise of the work was pretty bad...Tractors, air hammers...etc... Other than that, the family, put all that aside, and had a good time...

Perfect house in Watercolor

We absolutely loved our long holiday stay at 254 Spartina Circle! The house was perfect, and exactly as described. The kitchen was as well-appointed as any rental house I’ve ever stayed in. The grill was perfectly clean, which I have never seen before. We had a problem with our cable box the first day, and Andy responded immediately and replaced it within hours. Sanders Beach Rentals was easy to work with, and I will definitely rent from them again. The location of the house was ideal, directly across the street from Camp Watercolor. It is a quick walk to all the Camp amenities, and an easy bike ride to everything Watercolor and Seaside have to offer.

Family Time

This home is very spacious and a good location for kids close to Camp Watercolor. As always The Sanders staff were excellent to work with . The home itself could have been cleaner . The floors were dirty when we checked in and turned our socks and bare feet brown. There were a few other minor issues but the Sanders team was very responsive and fix all issues immediately. Some of the furniture in the home was soiled and could use cleaning but that could be because pets are allowed and we love our pets. The outside of the home has been nicely updated and the carriage house is a great addition to this rental .

Worst Rental in Watercolor, FL

Don’t waste your time or money staying in this house. Upon arriving it was obvious that the property was falling apart. Large stains on rugs, bed frames coming apart, master shower door wouldn’t even open and was broken. Our children showered upstairs and the shower leaked into the downstairs den. We chose not to fix major issues because we didn’t want plumbers and workers coming in and out of the house during our stay. We left the property 2 nights early because it was so bad. As the maintenance man said “we don’t fix all of the holes in the walls because we just don’t have time.” Well my family just won’t be returning. Stay away.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It’s in a great location right across from club water color and a quick bike ride to Publix and the beach. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy.

The residence was as advertised. Our family of 16 had nothing but positive comments about the property and its location. We would like to rent the house in the future. Our only negative issues were finding two roaches in first floor living area, not enough cleaning around the master bath commode and the shades in many instances, did not work properly.

Spacious cottage

This house was just what we needed for our vision trip. We had 4 young families gathered together for a ministry retreat. The parents loved it. The kids loved it. We loved walking across the street to play and loved meeting dozens and dozens of vacationers and locals alike. This is the kind of home I would want to own on 30A.

Great place! We had 10 adults and 5 kids. There was plenty of room and space for all. Great location across from the new pool. Sanders beach rental was very responsive and accommodating. The only suggestion I have would be some sort of map of the area. Other than that there are no complaints.

next year, this home will be in the perfect location when the pool is finished. Unfortunately, the pool construction was underway & nobody notified us during the booking. Other than that, the home was great. A few of the appliances (fridge & dishwasher) are dated & could stand to work a little better. Needs a real ice-maker installed somewhere. Clean, spacious, plenty of parking, wish it had a porch swing. Overall a great stay. When the pool is finished, there won’t be a better location.

Fantastic location, great property!

While this was our fourth stay in the 30-A area, it was our first in the "Camp District" and it turned out to be absolutely perfect for our family! The home is right across from a playground, pool, basketball court and soccer field which was great for our 13 year old as well as our 4 year old. It was an easy bike ride to the beach, tennis center and restaurants. House itself was perfect for our group. All bedrooms were fantastic. The upstairs master has a wonderful porch and all of the bathrooms were spacious and new. Pictures don't do it justice. It easily accommodated our group of 10. We called on management on Saturday evening to help with a/c in the carriage house and they came out right away and had the issue resolved quickly. Would very much recommend Sanders management. Could have used a few more plastic bowls/tupperware type containers in the kitchen but otherwise everything we needed was there!

Large family getaway home with six bed rooms to accommodate up to 16 people.

We just returned from Watercolor two weeks ago and can't wait to go back next year for our third trip. The home we rented for the second year in a row had everything a large family (16) needs for a wonderful vacation. The children enjoyed their independence, while the adults appreciate the separate sleeping accommodation for the children, large kitchen and den space along with the swimming pool across the street, soccer fields, basketball courts, children play areas and Camp Watercolor. The beach was a short bicycle or golf cart ride away from the Seaside shopping community and restaurants. There was something for everyone and large enough space so we were not constantly in each other's way. The bonus room above the garage worked well for our newlywed couple or a young couple with a child. We constantly travel together as a family and found it wonderful to find accommodations for all of us, including our four legged family member, under one roof. We highly recommend this facility, as well as the entire Watercolor experience. We love the serene setting that the woods and water features provide. It is truly a dream getaway for our whole family.

What a great place!!!! Perfect for Large Families or Groups

We just stayed in this property (12 of us) in early June 2015 and it was perfect. If you are looking for a house near the camp district this one is great. Literally right across from the pool and park at the Camp district. We sat on the porch and watched the children play every day. Plenty of space with good open areas for adults and kids alike. A bunk house above the garage to boot. Bikes were in great condition. The management group was top notch and very attentive during the booking process and right up until we left. No issues with the home, but the cable went out at night and we called and got an immediate response...It was out all over the area. We have been coming for 5 years now and I have to say this was the easiest and best trip - It had alot to do with the home!!!

Our Fifty Wedding Anniversary with family

We thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at Water Color. The home was nice and very spacious. The kitchen, dining and living/family room were quite attractive. We enjoyed nice breakfasts in the mornings, and family style meals in the evening. The home provided all of the necessary amenities which made our stay so enjoyable. It was quite enjoyable to have tea and coffee on the balcony and front porch each day. Our master bedroom and joining bathroom were simply wonderful (large, spacious, comfortable - CLASSY). We all enjoyed the bicycles that were provided. The Carriage House was very nice.

Lovely house, great location

We had a great stay at this house. We've stayed in a number of houses in Watercolor, and the ones right next to Camp Watercolor and the play areas are our favorites. The house was great for a large family with many adults as the bedrooms mostly contained queen or king beds. Great open area downstairs for gathering and doing meals together. Coach house was well done and very private. Loved the outside porches, great for watching the Watercolor scenes. Only issue was that half of the bikes had issues with the seats...not a game changer, but annoying. Could likely use a larger grill as well. Would definitely rent again.
