3-Bedroom House, Walk to Beach

Your family will cherish every minute in this beautiful island home! Short walk, bike (two bikes included), or drive to the beach, or swim in the Kingston Cove pool just a few steps away. After a day of golf (you pay only cart fees for up to four players per day), relax on your screened-in porch overlooking the ninth fairway before cooking dinner on the nearby gas grill. Eat in the large kitchen, or gather around the dining table. With three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, there’s plenty of room for your family.

Just so you know, the normal rental is Saturday to Saturday. Please email me if you need a different check-in or check-out day, and I will do my best to accommodate.

Wonderful time!

This is about the 5th time we've stayed in Kingston Cove and have never been disappointed. A little bit of home away from home. When you have 2 boisterous little boys having a separate unit is ideal. Carl, the owner of #39 was so accommodating. A pleasure to deal with. Building memories here is priceless!

A perfect stay is reality here!

The house is spacious and in a beautiful setting on the golf course. Plenty of shade and mere yards to the pool. The home is decorated nicely and in a quiet neighborhood. The real star is the owner who is an absolute delight. He genuinely cares that your stay is excellent, and will answer any questions you have before and during your stay. We loved this home so much, we have decided to make this an annual vacation again to recharge even though we live on the beach in Florida. You cannot go wrong booking this property! We had an awesome stay and look forward to the next!

It is hard to say anything bad about this rental. The location is excellent for bike riding or even walking to the beach. The Shipyard Beach Access was awesome. Short drive to many great restaurants. The owner of this rental was attentive and answered questions even while in a different country. I was only there for 4 nights/ 5 days, but i wish i could spend the rest of my life there. Thank you, Chaneys!

HHI Stay
