This is a Timeshare property, available ONLY for the week beginning Saturday March 28,2026 with check out Saturday April 4, 2026. Please do not send requests for other dates.
The unit is a free standing private residence located in Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head Island, SC. The house is fully furnished and tastefully appointed. It will accommodate 8 guests comfortably. It includes a large living room, dining room, a full eat-in kitchen, and a utility room with full sized washer and dryer. The unit has 2 baths, 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, & two Twins.), with a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a large screened in porch with lagoon view. High speed internet is provided. There is a private pool for the Kingston Cove units. The beach is a short walk or bike ride away within the Shipyard Plantation. Pets are NOT allowed. Smoking is NOT allowed. All non-owners must provide a Credit Card imprint to Island Management at check-in as a damage deposit. Reviews of the Kingston Cove timeshare properties are available at www.Kinstoncove.com
