Located in Caumont-sur-Durance, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, this 320 m² house comfortably accommodates up to 14 people. You will have 6 bedrooms, a mezzanine and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals with family or friends. Other amenities adorn this Mas, including a TV, washing machine, dryer, underfloor heating, fans and a games console. Wifi is available throughout the property.
Outside, enjoy the private garden planted with olive, pine, fig and mulberry trees. The private uncovered terrace offers a shaded area under the hundred-year-old plane tree and lime tree. The private and heated outdoor swimming pool is accompanied by a 150 m² pool house with fully equipped summer kitchen, dining table and garden furniture, all opening onto the enclosed pool area. A barbecue is at your disposal for your outdoor meals.
The property can park up to 10 vehicles and 6 bicycles are available, including 2 for adults. Please note that events are not allowed.
