We are nestled in a quiet Washington neighborhood, close to Downtown St George, Sand Hollow, OHV trails, playing fields, golf courses, hiking/biking trails, & Utah’s Ntl Parks. Your group will enjoy smart TVs, pickleball, covered patio seating, BBQ grill, fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, & a loft area with Nintendo Switch, air hockey, and board games. Neighborhood pool with water slide, lazy river, and hot tub is open and heated year round.

We are Katherine & Aubrey, sisters who love the Southern Utah area and are excited to provide our guests with a fun and comfortable place to stay while they experience all the best things Southern Utah has to offer. We are busy moms with 7 kids between us. Katherine is a registered nurse and Aubrey is a physical therapist. But any chance we get we are in St. George revisting old favorites and exploring new places.

What makes this property unique
We love this neighborhood just north of St. George because it provides easy access to downtown activities as well as things like Zion National Park, but it is outside the hustle & bustle of St. George and feels much quieter with less traffic.
