This modern luxury home has every thing you need for your home away from home. It has an automatic Secret Harry Potter door to a game room, movie theater, rolls royce starlight ceiling in the master bedroom. The house and back yard are set up for you to enjoy music anywhere, if you are outdoorsy the back yard is to die for with fire pits, games, & music & if you like to be in doors and play pool the 100 year old 9 foot professional pool table will be your favorite spot in the house! The one of a kind master bedroom and bathroom will definitely be unforgettable with its star ceiling and 32 inch mirrored tv infront of the tub, Massive shower and amazing sound system will make it hard to go out at night... the real high light of the area is that there are many places to eat with in a block or two of the house from Italian/greek food to amazing tacos and a 4 am bar you can get food all night. We are located 15 minutes from 4 major malls, 12 minutes to the airport & 25 minutes to downtown, and if you need any knowledge on clubs or restaurants to go to or even if you need a chef or maid during your stay or absolutely anything else just message your host for an extensive list of places to try while you are here! I'll do anything I can to make sure you have an awesome stay! No parties allowed & for your security cameras outside cover all entrance to the property they are not to be tampered with or removed . If they are you can be removed from the property as it affects security

Stylish, clean, well-equipped home

Stayed at this property for a weekend while in town with friends. It is pretty far away from Chicago, but Niles has a lot of cool places around! We had brunch at The Hampton Social which I highly recommend. The house was spacious, comfortable, and suited our group’s needs well. We enjoyed the common spaces inside and outside. The host was very communicative and seems to genuinely care about providing a good experience for guests. I would highly recommend to consider this home if you’re a large family or group of friends visiting the area and don’t mind a more local, laid back neighborhood a little far from the city.

Great weekend

Traveled to Chicago for a bachelor party and really enjoyed the house. Perfect for hosting a nice size group of guys. Brian was very responsive and helped us with restaurant recommendations, etc.

I know alot of guests like to learn a bit about the hosts they are renting from, so heres a few things about me. I bought this house 4 years ago and had it fully renovated to what it is now my goal was to make it homey but smart, modern, & as luxury as possible.
I still live in the home but decided since I travel alot for work ( I have an influencer marketing company) it'd be smart to try VRBO so It can help me buy investment properties with the extra rental income!

Besides for the business side of me im very family oriented and a people pleaser when possible. so if there is anything at all you need let me know I am here to help make your stay as fun and relaxing as possible.

Why they chose this property

I bought this house because its in the heart of absolutely everything ... any store , any restaurant and party area name it ... 1-30 min is the max you ever have to travel to get to anything while still feeling like your secluded from everything. also a ton of late night places are with in a few min of the house for food or drinks which I found appealing.

What makes this property unique

where to begin ... the master bedroom star ceiling is relaxing and beautiful! the master bathroom is to die for especially with its sound system! I love the pool hall, the pool table is the 100 year anniversary table made by Brunswick and was the one I learned to play on as a kid so I went out of my way to track it down as an adult.
if you are an out doors type of person the patio is epic your going to enjoy sitting in the shade grilling or relaxing with friends by the fire
