After strolling through the city of Roscoff, you will enjoy finding yourself in this charming typical house, ideally located close to all amenities, at the gates of the port of Bloscon. Enjoy on foot the exotic garden, the beach of Traon Erch, the Sainte Barbe chapel, the thalasso as well as the old port and its shops. An incredible sea view awaits you on the top floor of the house. The house is located in a quiet alley with the possibility of free parking.

The accommodation:
In this independent house, you have an equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer) with dining area.
A bathroom with shower and toilet. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with sea view with comfortable bed of 160cm.
As well as a second bedroom with a 90cm bed and separate toilet.

The top floor allows you to enjoy a bright living room/living room with a panoramic sea view: Batz Island, Taureau Castle, Callot Island, Bloscon Port.PGJyPg

Nous avons passé un super moment dans ce logement. Tout était clairement indiqué. Le quartier est calme. Le centre est à 10 minutes à pied. Et que dire de la vue de cette pièce au dernière étage? Magnifique. Impossible de s'en lasser.Merci Rozenn
