The pool is OPEN!

This is a DIRECT LAKEFRONT CONDO and not all units at Lake Erie Vista have a direct lakefront view. This is a 1st floor, 2nd level unit with a balcony. No steps from parking lot to unit.

WE DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS, even if they are small and well behaved.

***FEATURES:
• Secure entry into the building and condo unit
• Large great room with Wi-Fi, cable, smart TV, and fireplace.
• Formal dining room seats 6.
• Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, Keurig and traditional coffee maker and a breakfast bar that seats 2.
• Full size laundry room
• Many closets, hardwood floors.
• Master bedroom has a king size bed, plasma TV, and relaxing mood LED lighting integrated into the crown modeling.
• The second bedroom has a queen bed and plasma TV.
• There is an Italian Contempo tiled vertical spa shower (6 shower heads) in the master bath and an air jet tub in the hall bath.

***YOU CAN WALK ACROSS THE STREET TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Sunset taxi and wine tours (call ahead for services/hours)
• The Loft at Indian Creek (full bar, several TVs and sit down dining) Open year round but hours may be limited in off season
• Gas station and convenience store open year round
• Putt Putt and ice cream during peak season

***WITHIN A 5-10 MINUTE DRIVE:
• Geneva-on-the-Lake strip with arcades, restaurants, putt and putt and more during peak season
•Adventure Zone (putt putt, batting cages, bumper boats, zip-lining)
• Geneva State Park
• Canopy tours and kids’ adventure courses

***We DO provide the following: Toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, dish and dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, bedding, towels, hair dryer, blankets and dishes/cookware/utensils/glassware.

***We DO NOT provide bath soap, shampoo, tooth brushes, toothpaste, razors, etc

***A noise aware system is installed in the unit. It measures decibel level only and notifies me if it gets too loud, it does not record any conversations..

***The hot water tanks in these condos are smaller than a normal house, so you may need to plan/ scatter showers accordingly.

Perfect location. Close to, but far enough away from the strip that it's quiet. Well organized, clean, easy access but secure and felt safe. Nice pool. Beautiful views of the lake from our room and beach area. Most of all, it is easy access for handicapped. Our room was right on the ground level, elevator goes down to pool and beach access. Ramp to beach is a bit steep but that's ok. Overall we loved this place!!

Beautiful Water Views ! Amazing condo!

Beautiful water views! Very close to the strip! We were lucky to have great firework views from everyone setting off fireworks over the water. Bigger place than expected and love the layout. Comfy beds. Big bathrooms with nice jetted tub in the one bathroom and fancy shower in the primary. Very nice to have the store, restaurant/bar, ice cream place and so much more right across the street. Definitely one of the nicer places I’ve stayed in. Will stay again!

Had a wonderful weekend. The condo was very nice, well stocked and a great location. Communication with the owner was great and check in process was simple. Thank you for a great stay! We would definitely stay again.

Very clean , quiet. Lovely view of course . Internet initially not connecting but eventually did. Everything was as advertised.
