Enjoy morning coffee overlooking the neighboring farm and river, spend the day exploring Southern Vermont's foliage, shops and trails, then come home for dinner in the newly renovated kitchen and cocktails on the covered porch or three-season camp room.

Inside, you'll find warm pine ceilings, cozy fireplaces, thoughtfully designed spaces, and room for everyone to spread out. Two inviting living rooms make it easy for kids and adults to enjoy their own spaces—one centered around an oversized sectional and fireplace for movie nights, the other featuring a leather sofa, Smart TV, dedicated workspace with monitor, and another fireplace for quiet mornings or evening cocktails.

The open kitchen and dining area is truly the heart of the home. Enjoy a fully renovated kitchen with island seating, a dining table for eight, and a sunny breakfast nook overlooking the private field, Deerfield River, and neighboring Adams Farm. Step outside to enjoy coffee on the covered porch, dinner on the deck, or evenings gathered around the grill while watching goats graze across the river.

The home comfortably sleeps families and groups with four upstairs bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite tucked beneath soaring pine ceilings and a skylight. The king bedroom features its own sitting area and ensuite bath, while the additional queen bedroom and two bunk rooms provide comfortable accommodations for adults and children alike. Two full bathrooms upstairs and a renovated powder room with laundry on the main floor make longer stays easy.

Outdoor Living:

One of the home's most unique features is its expansive outdoor space. Relax on nearly an acre of private lawn and open field stretching toward the Deerfield River, where there's plenty of room for yard games, picnics, snow play, or simply taking in the peaceful Vermont scenery. Spend evenings around the movable fire pit with Adirondack chairs or walk down to the river to enjoy the sounds of the water at sunset.

The Camp Room:

A guest favorite, our detached three-season Camp Room offers a nostalgic Vermont summer camp experience. This screened-in retreat sleeps up to four with bunk beds and a futon, making it the perfect hideaway for adventurous kids, teenagers, or adults who want to fall asleep to fresh mountain air. With electricity, a ceiling fan, cozy seating, and plenty of room for board games and late-night conversations, it's one of the most memorable spaces on the property. (Please bring your own sleeping bags for the Camp Room.)
