Family house with garden of 300 m2 900 m from the beaches

Welcome to our family home, designed for a friendly holiday where you feel at home.

You will enjoy a quiet garden, ideal for relaxing or sharing a meal outdoors thanks to the barbecue at your disposal.

Just a 5-minute walk away, you will find all the daily shops: bakery, butcher, tobacconist and supermarket. A children's park and a skatepark are also within walking distance.

The beach of Villes Martin is located about 1 km away. The coastal path, only 900 metres from the house, will allow you to walk to the various beaches of the Loire estuary while enjoying magnificent walks.

The house is also ideally located to discover the surroundings: the medieval city of Guérande, the castle of Pornic, boat trips in the Brière or the large ocean beaches from Pornichet are accessible in a few minutes by car.

Bicycles (adult and child up to 10 years old) can be made available on request. A closed garage is also available to park your bikes or equipment.

For families, a baby cot can be provided on request.

The house is non-smoking.

Please note: the neighbours' cat regularly comes to the garden and sometimes comes by to say hello. Of course, you are not obliged to feed it.

Najat vermietet ihr eigenes Haus. Kommunikation und Check-in waren unkompliziert. Sie hatte uns sogar ein paar Sachen fürs erste Frühstück auf den Tisch gestellt. Wichtig zu wissen für Katzenhaar-Allergiker: Es gibt eine Katze, die von verschiedenen Nachbarn gefüttert und betreut wird. Der Kater bettelt auch zweimal am Tag bei Najat. Man muss ihn nicht reinlassen, aber er ist eben da.

Merci pour la valorisation de votre séjour chez moi Thomas. La présence d’un chat dans le voisinage etait indiqué dans la description, je suis navrée que vous ne l'avez pas vu avant. Aucune obligation de le nourrir mais dans une maison qui dispose d’un jardin, un chat est toujours le bienvenue. Vous souhaitant des bons voyages a l'avenir.
