On the first floor, you’ll find a kitchen that opens onto the living room and dining room. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with one 180×190 bed, a bedroom with two 80×190 beds that can be converted into one 160×190 bed plus one 90×190 bed, and another bedroom with a bunk bed consisting of two 80×190 beds. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Just 10 minutes from Guérande, its fortified town, and its salt marshes, and 20 minutes from La Baule and its fine sandy beaches.
Many nearby activities, such as barge rides on the Brière marshes, horse-drawn carriage rides, the Monkey Forest amusement park, the GR 33 hiking trail right outside the house, the oceanarium 15 minutes away, Branféré Park, and the Chantiers de l’Atlantique shipyards in Saint-Nazaire...
