About this property

Jeannette's House, Right on the Water's Edge

It is the Jeanette house, the house of Jean and Odette, our parents who had it built, the house of our childhood adolescence, feet in the water, nestled at the bottom of the bay of Brest, facing Plougastel and the Crozon peninsula and at the entrance to the Daoulas river and the small fishing port of Rostiviec
Today it is our second home but you will be at home there

A small staircase in the cliff will allow you to go down to the beach, to swim, fish on foot or with a line or sail .

The playground facing the sea is vast, if you have children they can frolic, play, and you can watch them by lazing on the beautiful wooden terrace or by indulging in a wild game of petanque on the land along the sea

The house is located at the end There is a private driveway and you can park in the parking area provided for this purpose

It has been completely renovated very recently, as soon as you enter the large entrance hall you will be captivated by the sea view

The main room on the ground floor includes a new and fully equipped kitchen with high table and stools, a dining room, a living room and a small reading/TV area. It opens through windows onto a large terrace equipped with table and chairs, parasols, deckchairs and small garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, ideal for your family meals or convivial aperitifs

A first double bedroom on the ground floor with its shower room and toilet

Adjoining the kitchen is an old garage transformed into a cellar with 2 fridges and 1 additional freezer, a water point, storage spaces

In the hall a staircase leads to the ground floor where you will find a large double bedroom communicating with a children's bedroom with a single bed and a baby cot

A 2nd double bedroom with dressing room and a 3rd bedroom with a single bench that can be transformed into a 2-person bed

A bathroom with large bathtub and sanibroyeur

You will have 3 adult bikes at your home layout

If you are looking for calm, greenery and direct access to the sea you are in the right place, this house is ideally located

15 minutes from Plougastel, its calvary and strawberries, market every Thursday

15 minutes from Daoulas, small town of character, a 12th century abbey which can be visited as well as its gardens and where beautiful exhibitions take place, market every Sunday morning
