Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Betten sind sehr bequem. Strand, Hafen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen praktisch vor der Tür. Zingst ist wunderschön, alles ist liebevoll angelegt und gepflegt. Kilometerlanger Strand mit Dünen, feinem Sand und natürlich der Blick über die Ostsee ist atemberaubend. Für mich eine der schönsten Orte der Ostsee, die ich je besucht habe. Waren Anfang September 2 Wochen da und hatten auch 2 Wochen Sonne mit Temperaturen um 22 Grad. Fantastisch!

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben eine Woche im August in der sehr gut ausgestatteten, geräumigen, sehr gepflegten und gut und dennoch ruhig gelegenen Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Für eine 4-köpfige Familie absolut empfehlenswert!

Zingst Wiederholungstäter

Große geräumige Wohnung im EG. an allen kippbaren Fenstern befinden sich Fliegennetze, welche auch notwendig waren. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, ausreichend Abagen im Bad vorhanden und wenn man den Esstisch etwas verschiebt, so passen auch 4 Personen dran. Die Matrazen sind sehr bequem und nicht zu weich. Strand, Shops, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen und das Auto kann die ganze Woche vor dem Haus stehen bleiben. Alles sehr erholsam, nah und entschleunigt.

Kurz und Gut

Wir waren zwar nur kurz hier (4 Nächte), aber alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Es fehlte an nichts und für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder war es genau richtig. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, nur der Weg zum Strand hätte kürzer sein können, war aber durchaus noch ok.

Eine gelungene Woche nach Ostern

Die Lage des Objektes ist schön Zentral,, man hat einen eigenen Stellplatz, die Terrasse zeigt nach innen und ist groß genug zum Sitzen, Ausstattung mit großem Schränken in den Schlafzimmern und genügend Geschirr in der Küche.

Ferienwohnung in Zingst

Eine sehr grosszügige saubere und freundlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt - sehr zentral zwischen dem Hafen und der Ostsee und trotzdem sehr ruhig in einer kleinen hübschen Straße. Alles ist in paar Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen - ein Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Hafen und der Ostseestrand. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, von der berauschenden Natur über Kulturangebote.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Schöne Lage. Sehr zentral und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Dank der Jalousien und der Fliegengitter erholsame Nächte. Ausreichende Ausstattung für eine 4 Köpfige Familie und netterweise eine funktionierende Waschmaschine+Wäscheständer.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder

Top Lage!

Die fewo ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine schöne Terrasse mit Grill und Parkplatz vor der Türe - wunderbar. Bequeme Betten. In die City sind es nur knapp 5 Minuten Fußweg und zum Meer ca. 15 Minuten.

ganz gutes Gesamtpaket

Die Fewo entsprach der Beschreibung, bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt, es gab ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck, Kochtöpfe, Pfannen usw. Der vorhandene Staubsauger ist praktisch, denn so konnten wir schnell mal den Ostseesand wegsaugen oder die Krümelei von unserem Kurzen problemlos beseitigen. In allen Zimmern gab es Insektenschutz vor den Fenstern, so dass wir uns im Haus kaum mit Mücken rumärgern mussten. Die Raumaufteilung ist gut und die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe. Auf der Terrasse kann man gemütlich sitzen, ein Grill ist auch vorhanden, so dass man jederzeit spontan grillen kann. Die Lage der FeWo ist auch gut, schräg gegenüber ist ein Kindergarten und daneben eine Schule, aber es gab keine Lärmbelästigung. Da die FeWo in einer kleinen Nebenstraße liegt, war es ganztägig sowie nachts auch sonst schön ruhig. Vor dem Haus gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze für die Mieter und ein separater Schuppen, zu dem jeder Mieter einen Schlüssel erhält, bietet genügend Platz für Fahrräder. Wenn man kein eigenes Rad mit hat, kann man direkt an der nächsten Straßenecke (ca. 100m) bequem welche ausleihen. Das hat super funktioniert. Sterneabzug müssen wir leider im Hinblick auf die Sauberkeit der FeWo vornehmen. Die war bei unserer Ankunft leider nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt (Staub im Bad, ein klebriger Film auf den Einlegeböden im Badschrank, Spinnenweben in Deckenecken und an der Wohnzimmerlampe)... das ginge ohne großen Aufwand besser. Dafür hat die Wohnungsübergabe bei An- und Abreise um so besser funktioniert und war sehr unkompliziert und schnell.

Gerne wieder

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Man ist schnell zu Fuß im Ort und kann mit dem Rad alle Strände gut erreichen. Der Radschuppen ist sehr praktisch. Durch die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern konnten wir entspannt schlafen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist klasse und ruhig gelegen. Man ist schnell in der Fußgängerzone mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Strand braucht man ca. 10- 12 Minuten.
