The approximately 54 square meter maisonette apartment is located in a holiday park built in 1996, about 1.5 km from the center. The park-like complex is located directly on the sea, from which it is only separated by a dike and the access road. The two-storey houses are located in the typical thatched roof style
loosely set up on a site with old trees. The complex is extremely quiet and only accessible to tenants. The apartment has its own parking space in front of the house as well as options for storing bicycles and surfboards. There is a bicycle rental and bread delivery service 200 meters away. The Osterwald nature reserve begins behind the houses.
