Great stay, beach towels were a huge plus!! Our host had everything there you could think of, soap, shampoos, all of it, the stairs were a bit ruff the first day, but great after that, nice cardio!!!

Carolina Beach Vacation

We had a Wonderful time! The place was just as listed and very clean. My son (6 yrs old) had so much fun. Beach was right across the street and the pool was great. The host even had chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc. outside on the patio to take to the beach and enjoy. Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect Getaway!

The condo was super clean and perfectly accommodating! We were super close to Freeman Park to take the Jeep out for the day to the beach. We were also close enough to walk to the beach and the Pier. This location on the North End was close to anything we needed. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Mark and Lisa, we look forward to coming back!

Cute, Convenient Beach Condo

Owners were attentive and answered any questions right away. Unit was clean and spacious enough for our small family. Property was clean and well kept. The pool area was nice. Very short walk to the beach- directly across the street from one access, but we used the Sand Fiddler access which is only one block away since we had kids and a wagon. Restaurants and grocery stores are a short drive away.

A wonderful stay

While I really don’t want to share this location with anyone, (bc it’s a gem) it’s a great spot for Carolina Beach! We stayed for the 4th of July and got to enjoy surrounding views of fireworks, and that just made the send off of our stay a 10/10! Hearing our son shout “this is the best day of my life!” Made the whole trip worthwhile. We really overpacked and didn’t need nearly as much as we thought. The condo came with beach chairs, beach towels, the umbrella, and sand toys. The unit itself is spotless and the amenities such as shampoo, body wash, washer and dryer just made the stay so easy! We were within drivable distance to local restaurants and shops. Get up early for Britt’s Donuts, it’s so worth the wait. We enjoyed early sunrises and movie nights in the cozy family room. While our stay was short we so look forward to our return.

31 year anniversary getaway.

We had a wonderful 31 year anniversary getaway! Owners were very easy to communicate with and cert prompt with all responses! Directions for checking in and our were very clear and easy to follow! Everything was clean and well kept with all needed supplies. The owners were gracious in allowing us to extend our stay an additional day with ease . Very short walk to the beach! We absolutely loved staying here. We even extended our stay to have one more day. This property is close to the beach, has a pool and is close to restaurants. Parking was easily available and it was nice to have a kitchen and wash clothes. I highly recommend staying here.

Local vibes with all the popular spots nearby

Spacious, super clean, and comfortable condo located right next to the North Pier — right across the street from immediate beach access (literally less than a minute walk from the condo to the sand). We loved the location especially! It’s far enough from the boardwalk that the beach isn’t crowded but close enough to walk the mile or so up to the “action.” Our hosts were incredible and very communicative — they offered the best list of restaurants to check out and they were spot on! The price is fantastic and you’ll have everything you need if you stay here. We can’t wait to visit again! Check out: •Crush & Grind coffee •North Pier (for some of the best food we had on our trip) *very simple and doesn’t look like much but don’t be misled as it is truly delicious •Island Burgers (literally located inside a KwikMart!) for the absolute best burgers and fries we’ve ever had! Ever. This is apparently one of the best kept secrets at Carolina Beach — well, it was! It’s all over TikTok now. So good! •Take the Fort Fisher Ferry to Southport and get dinner at Provision Company (our favorite dinner experience while visiting) after exploring the beautiful village town and its shops •Take the short trip to Wilmington to experience the River Walk and countless unique botiques and shops, not to mention restaurants (we loved Elijah’s)

Perfect week away from home

The property was clean, comfy, and well stocked. Nothing more we could’ve asked for. The location was perfect for us. Close enough to the beach (2 minute walk) close enough to town (5 minute drive to the boardwalk, maybe 10 to the grocery) but far enough from the crowds so we still felt like we had our own space. The property manager was quick to respond to my messages, but we didn’t need anything from her other than suggestions on things to do and places to eat. She left us wanting for nothing. Highly recommend this place! One caveat worth considering is, it is on the 4th floor, so 3 flights of stairs (6 half flights) are glaring at you after a long day at the beach, haha. If that doesn’t scare you, this place is perfect. If we decide to come back to Carolina Beach, there is no doubt we will look for this place first.
