Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all towels on the guest bathroom floor.
Trash cans located in the kitchen island & each bathroom. For excess trash, dumpsters are located off Canal Drive north end of the property
Cleaners appreciate if you start the dishwasher or pre-wash all dishes before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The place was nice & clean! Location was great & could be at the beach in a minutes walk. The bed & pillows were nice lol For me, pregnant, that was important. The pool was right in front of the balcony, also! Planning on staying again!

We had an excellent experience during our stay at your Carolina Beach condo. The communication was excellent throughout the process, and we found the house to be very clean with a nice, family-friendly ambience.We especially enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean and the pier. The modern amenities and the availability of EV charging in the parking area were very convenient, and we appreciated the small details that made our stay so smooth.

We enjoyed a 3 night getaway here, with our family of 5. The parking situation was a bit tight and tricky to find but once we figured out the best way to get in and out, we were good. Pool is relatively small but there was always a spot available, even in the hottest part of the day. Overall very clean and comfortable and we’d gladly book again!

Great Super Nice Condo for the price! Host Matt was Awesome and Location, Pool, Hot Tub, Pier and of course the Ocean Front Access to the Beach made this a Trip to remember and will be returning next year as well!! Finally a few more things Worth mentioning; the Parking, Walk in Giant Shower, updated Kitchen & Balcony looking right at the ocean make this a really Great Vacation for the whole family!
