Orlando Comfort, Splash and FUN in Windsor Palms Resort - Disney next door

Our home, just 100 yards from the Windsor Palms Resort club house and pool, was completely remodeled with the latest in contemporary furnishings and decor, plus new carpet and electronics. Come enjoy the amenities and seclusion of a private home, nestled off a quiet street in one of the nicest 24/7 manned gated communities near Disney.

Offering two master bedrooms with ensuite baths, two other bedrooms with shared bath, and a living room sleeper sofa, our home can accommodate 3 to 9 guests comfortably in 1,850 sq. ft., and comes completely furnished with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. We also offer free high-speed internet (download speed of 200 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps). Just bring your swimsuit and toothbrush.

Our spacious living room has a 46' HD TV, DVD, PS II game system and ceiling fan. You can also relax in our separate reading lounge. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan and three bedrooms have a 32' LCD TV. The fully furnished kitchen adjoins a separate dining area that overlooks the spectacular private pool and spa outside the lanai, which has a spacious covered private patio . The home also has a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Of course, you could always flip-flop over to the enormous pool and Jacuzzi at the Windsor Palms club house complete with regulation tennis, sand volleyball and basketball courts on the outside and movie theater, fitness room, arcade, billiards and mini-mart on the inside. If Disney wasn't so close, you'd be tempted to spend your entire vacation right here.

Everything was very clean but knowing we had 9 people total there wasn't enough toilet paper or paper towels. We also didn't know we would have to pay extra to have a warm pool or hot tub.

Paul was a Great Host! From the time we booked and throughout our stay he was very easy to get in contact with and responsive.Unfortunately we walked into a smoke alarm needing a battery changed, and then another one early the next morning. Due to the holidays, the management company was not available to help, but we were able to resolve after discussing with Paul.The house was large and as described. The pool heat was a nice temperature, even in the cool temps. There are a few items around the house that could use some repair, but nothing that inhibits the ameneties. The location was easy to get to and close to major attractions. Thanks for letting us stay!

Lovely home and great location. It was nice to cool off in the pool daily. House was very clean and easy check in and check out! Location was about 15 minutes from Orlando Convention center and 5 minutes to Disney parks.

My family of 6 was very comfortable. WE ALL ENJOYED OUR STAY ESPECIALLY THE POOL/HOT TUB!!!!! I just wished the cost of the hot tub amenity was provided in the listing. The owner, Paul worked with me regarding this addition.

Fantastic spot for Disney

Universal Studios Family Trip

Wonderful stay. Family had fun in the pool and cooking on Christmas Day. Beds were comfy. It felt like we were home. Paul was very responsive and communicated quickly when we had questions. Neighborhood is quiet and family oriented.

Perfect location. Perfect for our family. Everything we needed.

Really nice location. Close to all the Orlando attractions. Onsite pool and hot tub was fun for our family. We also made use of the clubhouse area -- my son enjoyed basketball, we rented the movie theater and made use of the game room. The home had pretty much everything we needed (although we couldn't find the grill, but not a big deal). It was nice cooking meals and eating outside. The owner was extremely responsive/ helpful. Would stay here again!

Why they chose this property

We were fortunate to buy our home in Windsor Palms in March, 2009, to enjoy all Orlando has to offer. In a nutshell, we bought our home for the doorstep proximity to Disney and the amazing amenities of Windsor Palms. Within a 24/7 manned gated community, we know our children and our home are safe while we enjoy all the activities and relaxation Windsor Palms offers. We greatly enjoyed remodeling and updating our home so our guests can enjoy their vacation in comfort and style.
