This villa is fully equipped including:

KITCHEN AMENITIES: Dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, glassware, cookware, bakeware, toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric can-opener, slow cooker, garburator and kitchen linens.

BED AND BATH AMENITIES: Bed linens, bath linens, pool towels, alarm clock, hairdryer and TV.

STARTER SUPPLY of toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, hand soaps, dishwasher tabs and laundry soap.

Windsor Palms Resort is a guard gated community. The resort is only 5 miles from Disney and 18 miles to Universal Parks. The new Margaritaville Orlando Resort and H2O Live! water park is less than 4 miles away. Within just a few minutes drive you’ll find lots of shopping and restaurants. Walmart, Target, Publix, Red Lobster, BoneFish Grill, Chuy’s, McDonalds, Wendy’s, Carrabbas, Olive Garden, Outback, Bahama Breeze, Joe’s Crab Shack, Denny’s and too many others to list.

The villa is professionally managed locally.

Our home is cleaned following VRHP & VRMA cleaning guidelines for Covid-19. Our cleaners are using disinfecting cleaners on all surfaces with extra attention being paid to high touch surfaces. White linens and towels are washed using soap and bleach.

We provide remote check-in. You can check yourself in directly at the property with remote door code access. However, you will need to stop at the gatehouse upon arrival to show ID and pick up your vehicle pass.

In order to avoid large gatherings, Windsor Palms has strict vehicle limits, noise ordinances and streets are patrolled regularly. All adult guests are registered with the resort gatehouse and only registered guests are allowed entry into the resort.

Gatherings in the home are limited to 10 people.

Communication with Elaine was excellent from the initial booking and through the stay. We had a small issue whilst there which was resolved within 24 hours.The property itself is very nice, clean and spacious, location is great not far from lots of restaurants/shops and close to Disney. We had everything we needed in the property, there was a nice welcome pack with enough essentials for the entire duration. We would definitely stay again.

Great property in a fantastic location. Was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils and there were plenty of towels for the shower and pool. The property could use a little love as there were several small maintenance issues throughout, but they did not affect our enjoyment. We would happily stay here again!

Perfect Vacation Spot

This is the perfect place to stay for a vacation to Orlando. The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It is close to Disney and lots of shopping but you feel like you are away from everything. The owners were great to work with - very quick with responses! Would highly recommend this property!!!

Awesome Rental!

Everything from the booking process, check-in, and check out process was smooth. The rental home was beautiful and equipped with plenty of towels, an air fryer, pool lounge chairs, and more. The property is not too far from a Walmart and plenty of restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

This property was great! Very clean and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. It is close to Disney, Universal, shopping and lots of restaurants. All the luxury of home!

There were 7 adults and two children under 6 and this home was perfect. Gated community, close to Disney Parks, pool and jacuzzi, it was perfect for us! Loved it! I booked it and everyone gave me props for finding this true gem.

Great location. House floor plan is excellent to allow everyone to gather together and also have privacy when they want it. We found the house to be very clean when we arrived it had everything we needed as far as pots, pans, dishes for cooking. A very short drive to Disney and we also not far to Lake Louisa State park where we hiked with our dog. The proximity to things we enjoyed doing was a real plus. Also really close to shopping so getting groceries was no big deal. We had a great vacation here.

Fantastic Experience - Exceeded expectations!

We enjoyed our stay here thoroughly. I had zero complaints or issues. The house was perfect for us - 6 adults and 1 toddler - and the neighborhood was very nice. The location was even better than expected in relation to Disney. We got plenty of use from the pool and hot tub. It was a great overall experience. It was a great value as well. It’s hard to find VRBO’s that are in such good condition at such a good price. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone considering a rental near Disney!

Lifetime vacation

Everything was fantastic; the home was exceptional! It was fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, towels, you name it! The home was beautifully decorated and the pictures are exactly as the house is. I want to thank Elaine for being such a wonderful host, she responded to any questions I had immediately and she even went above and beyond by finding us another property after we left this one. I just can’t thank her enough, she made our vacation!

Amazing retreat!

My hubby and I and our best friends had a wonderful retreat away. We set out (not on a vacation) because that involves planning and business but we wanted to retreat to get away and we did. The house was amazing perfect for two couples with no kids (hehe). The gated community was quiet and peacful. Everyone we met during pur stay at the main area to the gym was so nice and kind. We were close to all the nice restaurants when we did go out. Everything you need is close by. Elaine was a fabulous! This is definitely the spot to stay in rather vacationing or retreat. It was ahmazing!

We had a group of 7, 3 asults and 4 kids ages 6-17. The house was a perfect size for us. Mostly very clean. One thing I had an eww moment was the toilets not being very clean. The lods and seats were fine. But the bowl/base and right around the toilets were not clean. I had to clean them. The base boards were also pretty dirty. Which even though we noticed it, we didnt care. Everything else was clean and nice. Pool and grill were nice to have. Kitchen had a good amount of items anyone could need. My only suggestion would be to offer a few things for kids and families incase of a rainy day. Games, puzzles, gaming system... something. Disney parks were pretty close which was nice. Traffic can be a pain but not too bad. Added 10-20mins to the drive from the hoise to the disney parks. All in all it was a great get away and we would rent again.

We have owned property in Windsor Palms since 2010. We absolutely love the community. We currently own 2 similar homes on the same street. Both pool areas overlook the conservation area and have glorious sunshine all day long and gorgeous sunset views. Sitting pool-side and watching the sunset is the most wonderful way to end your day.
