-Nearly everything is within walking distance.

-The premises are not available to “groups” or persons under the age of twenty-five (25), except for families traveling with children. Under no circumstances do we rent to prom groups, senior week guests, or any other type of non-family groups consisting of guests under 25.

-This a second floor unit so steps are required.

-Primary guests must sign a lease agreement and provide a copy of a government-issued ID.

-We do not accept pets at this location.

-Linens and towels are not provided. You must bring your own or ask us about renting them from a local company that will drop them off and pick them up directly at the unit.

Perfect Wildwood rental!

We had 2 adults and 4 teenage boys for a week at this property which was less than 2 blocks to the boards/beach. We only needed our car to grocery shop for the week. Property is totally updated inside and has an elevator! One parking spot inside the garage and one parking spot in the driveway

Nice house good neighborhood

Would have been nice if we could have used the elevator. Parking is tight unless u have small vehicles. We would rent again 👍.
