Settle in and exhale. Chill Inn is a three-level cabin designed for easy gatherings, quiet downtime, and kid-approved fun. Four private bedrooms each have their own bathroom, so everyone gets space to unpack and relax. The game room keeps the group entertained, while the granite and stainless kitchen is set for family meals and late-night snacks.

Good to know
• Three levels connected by stairs. Not ideal for guests with mobility limitations.
• Mountain roads are paved with a few steeper sections. In winter weather, 4WD or AWD is recommended.
• You are in bear country. Keep doors locked, never leave food or trash outside, and never feed wildlife.
• Starter supplies provided: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and basic bath amenities. For longer stays, plan to top up.
• Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am. No parties or events.
• This is our family cabin too. If anything is not five-star, message during your stay and we will make it right.

The cabin was great! Location was good, views were not as good as was expected. Loved the amount of room in the cabin and the pool, hot tub and games were a big hit even with us adults. Definitely could use an upgrade on the mattresses.

The location is close to the parkway and restaurants. The cabin has plenty of space and lots of amenities. If you have any mobility issues, this is not the cabin for you. There are several stairs to enter the cabin that doesn’t show in the outdoor picture of the cabin. Then there are 2 flights inside. If you have no issue with stairs then this is the cabin for you.

We enjoyed this house so much. It had enough room for all 9 of us. It has a swimming pool inside the house which my granddaughter loved. It is in a great location. Kim was a great communicator. We highly recommend this house!

We chose Alpine Mountain Village for the balance. It’s 1 mile to the Parkway and about 10 minutes to Dollywood, yet our cabin sits in a quiet, wooded setting. The resort feels safe, well kept, and family friendly, with two seasonal pools, walking trails, and a picnic pavilion.
