Put the trash in the room outside the cabin at the bottom of the stairs with a deadbolt - the key is on the key ring. The bears get in the trash.

I have been in Colorado since the 1970's and enjoy hosting to allow family and friends enjoy time together in the beautiful Rockies making many memories.

Why they chose this property

The location is far enough out to enjoy the beauty of Pikes Peak , the trees, the lakes, hiking and fishing & it's not too far from stores & restaurants.
Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the winds, and the cog rail to the top of Pikes Peak is very close.
