Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was very spacious, beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The yard was huge with lots of different places to sit down and relax and enjoy being outside. The putting green was a lot of fun too. The host, Alphy, was extremely nice and very welcoming. Very bizarre experience with the host continuously watching his ring cam to determine how many were staying there. We had people coming and going as it was a business retreat. He tried to charge us an additional 1,100 saying we had 10 people staying when we didn’t. The beds are very hard and TV’s didn’t work well. I have used a lot of VRBO’s and never had a strange experience like this one. Definitely won’t stay there again!

We needed a change; we were blessed to bring our 4 adventures kids and they are all very happy here, this was the best move we could have made. We ended up buying a second home 10 minutes away. We left this house furnished with top-of-the-line furniture and professionally decorated. Welcome to our home, we hope you enjoy this amazing home in this amazing location.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because it's in a very popular neighborhood and best school districts in Arizona, and most of all we wanted lots of land and being a horse property, so we were blessed with 1.5 acres. The property has tons of upgrades and close to major shopping, and close to the beautiful lake pleasant which is a 15 min drive, and all the hiking and biking trails minutes from the house. We love the resort backyard and all the land in the back. Close to cardinal stadium and Westgate mall and the long strip of famous restaurants with in 10 minutes away. Prime location and few minutes away from the best golf courses. You will love this neighborhood and all the shopping within 5 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

This home is located in one of the most desirable areas in Peoria, we were very luck for the opportunity, one story home with so much room. We had the place completely remodeled with the highest products available, you will love the two master suits that are so large you will be amazed and all the work we did to the restrooms, you will go wow! Great place to stay for all the fun events that we have here in Arizona which we love the most. If you are a hiker, biker, great neighborhood and several walking trails. We will love to share our home so you can enjoy. We have had many returning guests from other sites we rent. 100s of 5 star reviews.
