Neighborhood is great - it matched our vibe of down to earth type people around! The house was appropriate for up to 6 people. Backyard area was great for a quick grill out. Everything we needed in the kitchen was a great plus. Communication with owners was on point. We can't wait to be back!

Nice place to stay in a good area

The place was clean, and comfortable. Practically had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The house was in a nice quiet location away from the city, but a short Lyft right to all the great spots of Austin. The only thing I could say wrong about the place is that the wood floor boards were a bit loose. But aside from that, would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location cute funky neighborhood

For the price, this was excellent. Close to parks, eateries, everything we needed. It was my first VRBO experience so I didn’t know what to expect. Beds were SO comfortable, space was adequate for 4 friends. Suggestion. Replace batteries in remotes. They are all dead or near dead. More waste baskets would have been nice. Wi-Fi worked but was weak. Tub in master was slippery so something in the tub/shower would have been desirable for balance challenged folks. I loved the neighborhood and I would stay there again. Great communication with owner, easy entry/exit with locks. I felt safe there and we enjoyed our stay. Kind of wish I’d brought my dog. Dog friendly location. Thanks for the experience

This was by far the homiest/comfiest VRBO I have ever stayed in, as well as the best equipped. We truly wanted for nothing. In addition, it was spick and span CLEAN and in a great neighborhood conveniently located to all we wanted to do. The communication with the host, Todd, was impressive. A few non-essential questions arose and he responded expeditiously. I highly highly highly recommend and plan to stay here again myself in the future.

Great Stay

This place was wonderful! Plenty of space for 8 adults. Home had everything we needed!! And the backyard is a great space to hang out with friends. Close enough to everything but far enough to avoid noise and heavy traffic. Highly recommend.

Ladies weekend

This house was perfect for us 8 ladies to meet up and do some fun things around Austin . It was central to everything we wanted to do. Todd the owner was incredible and helped us with anything we had questions about . The backyard and kitchen were our favorite areas and we will definitely be back.

Brentwood De Maria is named after my fiance. My brother and I built Unit A & Unit B in 2017. Maria was an integral part of the project of making what it is today. Maria & I live in Crestview a few miles away with our three miniature schnauzers: Charlie, Lupita, & Reese. Along with our tabby cat named Sammie.

Why they chose this property

Our home can easily sleep 8 people. The home was designed to flow from the living area to the outdoor living space. We lived there with our 3 miniature schnauzers so their safety meant everything to us. The fence is secure and your furry friends will have a doggy door so they can do their business when you are out running around.

What makes this property unique

We lived in this home for many years after it was built. We loved the kitchen and the backyard. You can walk down to Little Deli from the house to enjoy live music and some of the best sandwiches and pizza in town. You can also walk down to Bird Bird Biscuit for breakfast. Taco Flats is a 3 min drive away on burnet if you want a margarita!
