A great vacation cottage with all the amenities to make it your home away from home. Great place for families with two lagoon pools and a playground. Just a quick walk to the convenience store next door for beverages. Kodys restaurant is a block away and a golf cart will come in handy to cross TX-361 to the beach.

Beware
Only giving 5 stars for cleanliness and location since we have stayed at this complex before just not at this condo. We rented this place and paid in full back on March 6, 2025 for Memorial day weekend May 23-26. Fast forward to May 23. I had not received any check in information so I decided to message the host while traveling to our destination. We were 1.5 hours away when I received a message stating the place was already rented to family and that our reservation was not valid. He then proceeded to cancel the reservation (mind you the reservation he said was not showing on his end) So my family was stuck trying to find emergency lodging to sleep 6 on a sold out busy memorial day weekend. Thank you for stressing us out on our, what was supposed to be, fun family vacation!
