The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 120 m² house for rent on Île-aux-Moines, with a glimpse of the sea, situated a 2-minute walk from the beach. Featuring a jacuzzi, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

It comprises a lovely 50 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers), and you can enjoy a garden of around 500 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofas and a wood-burning stove
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: with a king-size bed (180×200)
- A shower room with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: bicycles, barbecue, high chair, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A hot tub for up to 4 people, available all year round

Transport:
As the accommodation is situated on the island, it can only be reached by boat. Cars are not permitted on the island.

You must park your car at the Port Blanc ferry terminal (Baden, free car park); the crossing takes 4 minutes. The house is about a 30-minute walk from the port of Île aux Moines.

A private hire car service is available on the island and 5 bicycles are provided for your stay.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service.
