These two adjacent apartments, collectively known as Kappenblick 1 and 2, are designed for group accommodation. Despite their proximity, they are independent units that cannot be accessed internally from one another. Both apartments boast a modern and new design, offering a range of comforts. Each features a living room with underfloor heating, a sitting area, dining area, and a convertible sofa bed for a restful night's sleep. A widescreen TV is provided, and the living room provides a scenic view of the bobsleigh run and chair lift at Kappe Berg.
The kitchens in both apartments are fully equipped with amenities such as a freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee pad machine, and kettle. The bedrooms are furnished with large, luxurious box spring beds, and one of the bedrooms in each apartment includes a duo bed. A baby bed is also available. The bathrooms in both units come with a shower, toilet, and sink. The terrace provides an ideal spot to bask in the summer sun. This accommodation is perfect for a holiday with friends or family, offering privacy within each apartment.
The ground-floor apartment is part of a newly constructed (2016) small residential complex with a captivating view of the Veltins Arena. The property includes a designated space for bicycles, skis, and sledges, and the covered parking space is wider than usual, making it accessible for disabled individuals.
Situated in a quiet yet central location in Winterberg, the holiday apartment is approximately a 20-minute walk from the town center with various shopping opportunities. Access to the extensive ski area, boasting 28 lifts and 32 runs, is convenient with the ability to reach the ski lifts directly with skis in hand. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts will appreciate the numerous trails available. Additionally, the surrounding area offers leisure activities, including a bike park, panoramic bridge, climbing forest, and summer toboggan run, all easily accessible from the apartment.

There has also been thought of the inner man. There are cozy cabins and pubs where many people experience a cozy Après sport (including Après ski). In the center there is plenty of choice to enjoy local and international cuisine.

The Sauerland is also known as the land of the "thousand mountains" thanks to its high peaks, deep valleys, rivers, winding roads, rolling meadows, vast forests and cozy villages. The Sauerland is without a doubt one of the most beautiful, diverse nature reserves in Germany. Walking is possible on every level of difficulty and condition thanks to the extensive hiking network of hundreds of kilometers, through the varied nature with beautiful views. The town of Winterberg with about 4500 inhabitants is best known for the unprecedented winter sports opportunities so close to the Dutch border. But throughout the year there is much more to experience such as: mountain biking, abseiling, gliding, golfing or mini golf. The area has a wide variety of culture, architecture and historical monuments. Various nature parks and wildlife parks are also waiting for you to be discovered. There are many opportunities for children in the area. There is the Peter Pan amusement park Nimmerland, the Mäuseweg with all kinds of discoveries in the forest and the lookout tower on the Kahler Asten. For the larger children there are a climbing trail, a summer toboggan run and a bungee. When the weather is less nice, you can visit one of the swimming pools in the area, with slides and lots of water fun.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to cancel up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
