Enjoy a home with modern amenities that is also a short walk to the lake. This Northshore Estates condo offers a cozy living area with a flatscreen TV, propane fireplace, and a wet bar. The full kitchen is bright and open. The main bedroom opens to a private balcony. The home is an easy trail walk to the lake and provides access to a swimming pool, spa, and rec room.

Beautiful Bass Lake lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home is near the Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away. Boat docks/boat slip are not in the water year-round.

Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Great cabin on the north end of Bass Lake

It was a wonderful home with a great location. Lake access, pool, saw the fireworks and easy to zip to Oakhurst for shopping. Lots to do in the house with games, gas grill, dvds and pool table. We would definitely go back! Just missing scissors and a toilet plunger. Brought the pup and he loved being part of family vacation.

I would give this property a 5 had not been for the uncomfortable bunk beds and the old pots in the kitchen. Need to throw the ones there away and get some nice ones.

Loved the location and definitely great layout for large family. Unfortunately 3 beds in one room need some upgrades and the pull out bed was out of order. Definitely only had enough sleeping for 4 people. We tried contacting costumer service for help but Vacasa was extremely unhelpful and rude. We were promised a resolution and 2 weeks later we still haven't heard back

The property is in a great location ...however, we were given the wrong gate code and could not access the property at 4pm. We had to go thru the Worldmark gate next door to get in. We did not get the correct gate code until later the next day. Also, the tv in the living room needed maintenance and the tv in the guest bedroom upstairs did not work. The water pressure was very low and it was hard to flush the toilets in all bathrooms.

Lakeside getaway

The property was spacious, clean, and close to the lake. Well stocked with all the supplies needed to make you feel at home. Be aware that the pool, jacuzzi, and tennis courts are CLOSED currently, which was disappointing as the pictures and description of the property make it seem as if this is available to use. Would have given it 5 stars otherwise.
