Wonderful stay

We had a great experience/stay! Very nice layout with 3 separate floors and room to spread out. Unit had everything we needed and the owners responded promptly to our questions - very easy to communicate with owner!

My husband, Jim, and I are from Darien, CT, by way of South Bend, IN. We visited FL a lot in 2021 because we were taking care of family members up in Punta Gorda. While in PG, I found out my old tennis partner from Darien moved to Bonita Bay as well as my old tennis partner from Traverse City, MI, and a current tennis friend from South Bend, IN. So when we had the opportunity to do a 1031 exchange, we bought our Bonita Bay townhouse. I play tennis almost every day and Him plays Pickleball everyday we are here. It’s such an active community and we’ve made the most wonderful friends.

Why they chose this property

We love how quiet our cul de sac is in Oakwood and how close to the Sports Center and the Clubhouse we are. I don’t think I would want to be any further from the front gate.

What makes this property unique

I love having our very private lanai - can’t see or hear our neighbors and everyone is very kind and courteous. Bonita Bay is so active with 12 miles of biking/walking trails, the marina, kayak rentals, bocce court, basketball court, Pickleball at the local Riverwalk park. So much to do without leaving BBC!
