Escape to our sunny Bonita Springs retreat, just 8 minutes from the beach! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a heated pool and a huge hot tub, perfect for relaxation. Enjoy al fresco dining on the covered lanai, cook up a storm in the modern kitchen, and unwind in spacious, comfortable bedrooms. With a garage and all the amenities you need, our home is your ideal base for a perfect beach getaway. Experience the blend of luxury and convenience in your home away from home!

Early check-in fee: $25/hr (subject to availability)
Late check-out fee: $25/hr (subject to availability)

A hold in the amount of $500 will be placed on your credit card prior to check-in to cover any potential damages or incidental charges. This is not a charge but an authorization. The hold will be automatically released within 7 days of the checkout date, provided no damages or additional charges are assessed.

Everything was wonderful with our stay! We have family a block away so was super convenient! And was very easy to get to beach and restaurants. The house was very clean, beds comfortable and great communication with the host. We mostly enjoyed the outdoor space, pool and hot tub. We will definitely book again if we come back to area!

Very nice home, perfect for a mom, baby and grandma, with some baby gear actually provided! Nice pool, kitchen, and amenities. Only mild complaint was that the beds weren’t very comfortable.

Place was great--- I was looking for a place to relax around the pool and hot tub. We basically spent 2 days in the back just kicking back. Took my Dog so she could swim, She was a tired puppy when we finally made it homeHouse is very comfortable for sure, plenty of space. the neighborhood was extremley quiet. Winter Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The house was gorgeous and super spacious- looked just like the pictures! Outdoor patio was clean and beautiful, a perfect place to relax. With the cooler temps we didn't get to enjoy it as much as originally planned but we were able to use it as much as we could. Hosts were responsive and very polite.

Perfect Spot

This property was perfect for our family! The pool and hot-tub combination was fabulous and options for all. We enjoyed the plentiful shaded/covered outdoor living space. For a family with sun sensitivities, this made spending enjoyable time together possible for all. Our in-laws stay for the winter locally and the houses location made family dinners every night possible for the week. The renters are responsive and accommodating, they provided everything needed to make it through a wonderful week! Thank you Casey and Ally, we look forward to staying with you next year.
