Casa Bella, Los Lagos 107, is a pristine home next to Minitas Beach with ocean views. It overlooks the fourth hole of the famed Pete Dye, 'Teeth of the Dog' golf course, in Casa de Campo. The main house brings outdoor living to a new level! It’s open and spacious, incorporating the outside gardens, palm trees & fresh Caribbean air. Special features include the outdoor entertaining cabana complete with full wet bar, refrigerator, ice machine, and flat screen TV. Adjacent to the cabana, a table for 10, perfect for seating and dining al fresco. Not to be left out is the beautiful coralina sundeck, pool & jacuzzi with a separate outdoor shower and half bath. Boasting 2 full primary suites and a separate wing of 2 bedrooms with en suite baths & connecting private, outdoor shower. The fifth bedroom is a brand new, 2022, free standing casita complete with lounge, wet bar, en suite full bath & private outdoor shower.
Casa Bella’s outstanding location in relation to Minitas Beach and central location to Casa de Campo’s Hotel, golf facilities & marina make it an easy choice! Imagine cocktails in the poolside cabana before walking to Minitas Beach to have a memorable dining experience at The Beach Club to enjoy the sunset. On another evening, take the 4 person, included golf cart and drive to La Marina; enjoy the yachts and choose from among the several gourmet restaurants featured--it is only a ten-minute golf cart drive away. Altos de Chavon is another exquisite option to feel transported back in time to dining al fresco in a Italian village overlooking the Chavon River!
The Villa has five large guest bedrooms and five and a half baths. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning, highspeed WIFI and TV’s. What sets the house apart is the option of 3 primary bedrooms. The 1st primary suite upstairs features a king-sized bed, open air balcony with breathtaking ocean views, living room w/ flat screen TV & wet bar, Sonos system, and private bath. The 2nd primary suite with king bed & pool views has a beautifully renovated full bath with large closets. The 3rd primary bedroom is a brand new, 2022 free standing casita complete with king bed, lounge, wet bar, en-suite full bath & private outdoor shower.
Casa Bella comes fully staffed to assist you with all your vacation needs. A cook, a maid and groundskeeper. Breakfast is prepared daily at the request of the guests (guests provide the groceries for preparation). Lunch and/or dinner is always an option per the guests request. Arrangements may be made at an additional cost (USD$25 per meal along with groceries for preparation). We request guests pay for the staff’s taxi home, if after hours, for their safety and time. Daily cleaning, linen and towel service are also included with the rental. Laundry and Ironing services are also provided at a nominal fee to be arranged with the staff. Babysitting available at request and additional fee.

We had an unforgettable stay at Los Lagos 107. The property is meticulously cared for, the location is unbeatable and the staff, lead by Monica, is loving and professional. I highly recommend this home for anyone that wants to have a truly relaxing vacation, in a super comfortable home, and that is centrally located.

Quick family getaway

We stayed on this property for about 4 nights. This was a perfect set up for 9 of us. We were spread out with lots of privacy. You could see a beautiful view of the ocean from the second flood. We would definitely stay there again.

Luxurious, Beautiful, and Peaceful Oasis at Casa de Campo

My family and I stayed at Casa Bella for our son's wedding weekend at the resort. The villa exceeded our expectations with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, etc., everyone had their own private space. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the daily breakfast each morning was excellent. The home, pool, and grounds are impeccably maintained. The villa is very close to the beach which boasts a beautiful beach club with multiple pools and restaurants. The staff at the villa were lovely people (knowledge of the Spanish language would be helpful). It was an absolutely beautiful villa and we would highly recommend it.

Amazing trip to CDC!

We loved our stay at Los Lagos 107. It was perfect for a family with smaller kids. The location was amazing since it was a short walk to the beach which was easy for my 4 year old. The beach was also wonderful, stroller friendly for our baby, and barely any waves. Beach side service and plenty of beach chairs. The included golf cart came in handy for stops at the grocery store in La Marina and also dining out. I also cannot say enough good things about Monica, the lovely housekeeper/cook that made us breakfast every morning (and also two dinners). She always made sure we had clean pool towels and did our laundry daily. The house was well maintained and equipped. The jacuzzi and hot tub were amazing as well as the beautifully maintained landscaping. I cannot wait to come back!

CasaBella was the cherry on top of a fantastic vacation!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this home during our 8 day stay. Beautifully well-maintained home with spacious en-suite bedrooms and every modern amenity. Monica, Dorca, and Johnny were very warm and took care of our every need. Monica is a fantastic cook! Her flan is THE best! The Casita and upstairs owner's suite are both self-contained little paradises, but they don't connect directly with the main house interior. It wasn't a problem with us because we didn't have young kids but it wasn't specifically stated. There is, however, a nice suite with king bed inside the main house. We spent the majority of our time in the fantastic outside area, in the pool, relaxing in the cool cabana, and eating al fresco. And reigning over it all is dame Bella, a fluffy sweetheart of a cat. Great location, easy access to beach and other areas, but golf cart was definitely needed and appreciated as part of the rental. Can't say enough good things about this villa. Would definitely stay again!

We are a family from the Midwest who Summer on Lake Michigan and winter in Casa de Campo. (Hence why our calendar is blocked for the winter months). We have the most wonderful time in Casa de Campo! Not a day has gone by where we have regretted our purchase of our home. We feel the resort offers everything one could want for the perfect vacation. Our daughter was married here in Altos de Chavon in 2008. We hope you enjoy our special place as much as we do!

We have the absolute BEST staff in the world!! They keep our house pristine & beautiful! We also are centrally located to everything in the resort. The beach is where we love to be everyday, so proximity to that is key for our family!
