Brand New, Elegant and Modern 5BD Villa!

Modern, elegant and cozy! This brand new villa centrally located in the heart of the gated resort of Casa de Campo is walking distance to tennis and paddle ball center and a short distance to the beach, marina and a variety of restaurants and shopping; ideal for a family Caribbean holiday or golfing vacation.

The two story spacious interior hosts 12 guests throughout its five bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms plus pool half bath and guest half bath. Among other features this villa boasts a large eat-in kitchen, pool, studio and expansive jacuzzi. Fully equipped kitchen.

The villa includes a cook, housekeeper and waitress from 8am. to 4pm.

Resort charges a fee to villa renters US$30 per person per day (per adult) not included with the rental, US$20 per child from 4yrs to 12yrs, 3 yrs to 0 free (Prices may vary without prior notice).

Please ask about the full concierge services for an extra fee as well as any request for the electric golf carts.

Must be over 26 years old to book the property and must be part of the group coming to the property.

Best weekend ever!

The house owner was so helpful answering all my logistical questions while making reservations and dealing with other rentals needed. The staff was so sweet, respectful, and helpful. Chef is amazing! House was new, clean, and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend staying here!

The staff was truly 5-star—kind, professional, and delivering impeccable service throughout our stay.Special thanks to Isabel and Lucia, who were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly helpful and always available, from the planning stages to making sure everything ran smoothly during our time there. Perfect Parents Trip!!

We can't rave enough about our trip to Villa Rosalyn...it was pure perfection. From the moment we booked, all of our expectations were exceeded!! Isabela was the perfect concierge! She took care of all of our bookings...from tee times to dinner reservations, she handled it all!! Not to mention the fridge was stocked with everything we wanted!! Stunning doesn't do Villa Rosalyn justice. The house is amazing. You will be wowed from the moment you pull into the driveway. Enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space but also come together in the multiple communal areas. The pool is perfection! Plenty of areas to lounge with mojitos and float the day away!! Finally the decor is straight from a magazine! Everyone in our group wanted to hire them for their own homes! You also can't ask for a better central location at Casa De Campo!! Villa Rosayln is a 10 minute golf cart ride from everything. I was on the tee box at Teeth and in the same time my wife was at the Minitas Beach Club!! Book this villa now, but don't take all the date because we will be back soon....maybe even with our kids since its perfect for families as well!!
