Amazing place for friends to come together

We had a bachelor party and was a great experience. Having the bar NEAT attached was a lot of fun as well. Highly recommend this place!

Awesome Rental

This place was hands down the best place we could have stayed in Louisville. Great neighborhood in walking distance to other restaurants and bars, and being connected to Neat was a HUGE added plus. Lots of great bourbons and the staff was great. If you’re going to Louisville for a bachelor party - this is your spot!

Awesome Spot!

Sean’s place was perfect for my bachelor party! It’s centrally located in the middle of the Bardstown Road nightlife and also a short ride from downtown. The two floors offer more than enough space for eight people, and the yard has lots of fun games. Oh yeah, and there’s a king-size bunk bed — good stuff!

Bachelor weekend

This place is pretty awesome!! Had a group of 10 people stay in 2 units. The court yard was nice to play games all night and the cleaning staff had it all clean and ready to go the next morning.

Awesome place!

The property itself was new, nice, and clean. This is a great place for big groups. The gameyard is awesome! It's a really nice place but doesn't seem to fit in the Highlands area.
