Fort Pierce / Hutchinson Island South is one of the last areas of the South Florida coastal area to be built up. It is a quiet and laid back area. No commercial businesses are allowed on the island. This ranch style house is in walking distance to the beaches and the restaurant area of Fort Pierce inlet. Fort Pierce is known as a fishing village. If you are looking for a true getaway this is the perfect spot! The house is located less than 2 hours from Orlando Florida and Cape Canaveral.

Why they chose this property

The single story ranch style home is in a great location. Walking distance to the inlet and all that it offers. Just blocks to the beautiful beaches of South Hutchinson Island.

What makes this property unique

We just had the back yard cleared out in preparation for a pool. Please pardon the appearance while we work out the plans and permits.
