Watch the sun come up over the Atlantic as you sip your morning coffee off your private deck. Hear the waves from the closeby beach. Very friendly and easy walking neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Fenced in side yard allows your dog room to run and play. The carport allows you sit outside to enjoy any time of day and still have coverage.
