Nur 5 Autominuten vom Bellavista Golfpark entfernt bietet das Chalet am Bach einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Golfer. Unsere Gäste erhalten 30% Greenfee Ermäßigung. Für alle Naturliebhaber sind die direkt am Haus beginnenden Wanderwege und die angrenzenden Radwege bestens geeignet. Es erwartet Sie eine großzügige, völlig neu renovierte Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Küche, einem großzügigen Bad mit begehbarer Dusche und Badewanne sowie ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Essecke. Die 80 m2 große Wohnung befindet sich im Gartengeschoss und hat direkten Zugang zu den Terrassen. Der große Garten mit Spielturm ist perfekt zum Spielen für Kinder geeignet.
