Wir bieten Ihnen eine exklusive Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Sie wurde auch 2017 wieder vom DTV mit 4 Sternen ausgezeichnet. Die Ferienwohnung bietet eine gute Anbindung ans Nordic-Walking bzw. Wanderwegenetz. Golfplätze sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Auf dem Panorama Feng-Shui-Golfplatz Passau - Fürstenzell erhalten unsere Gäste 25% Greenfee - Ermäßigung. Als Extra-Leistung bieten wir unseren Gästen auf Wunsch Leihräder und vereinbaren für Sie Termine mit Badeärzten, Masseuren oder Teetimes. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Gesamtwohnfläche von 94qm. Sie besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Fernseher, einer ausgestatteten Küche mit separatem Esszimmer und einem Süd-Balkon. Die Ferienwohnung bietet zudem zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett und eines mit einem Einzelbett. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche, Badewanne und WC ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt, allergikerfreundliches Bettzeug ist vorhanden. Im Grundpreis sind Endreinigung, Parkplatz und kostenfreie WLAN-Nutzung enthalten. Nach Absprache können die Waschmaschine und der Trockner im Keller benutzt werden. Ein Abstellraum für Golfbags, Trolleys oder Fahrräder ist verfügbar. Gegen Aufpreis bieten wir sonntags Brötchenservice und während des Aufenthaltes Reinigungsservice an. Haustiere auf Anfrage.

Kurzurlaub bei Fmailie Lex
Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, in der es an absolut nichts fehlt. Schöne, ruhige Lage. Abschalten und entspannen, in der Therme oder einfach die Umgebung genießen. Abgerundet werden die Tage mit einem sehr herzlichen Empfang der Gastgeber.
