80qm große Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss oberhalb des Ortes Lam. Sie liegt im Ortsteil Buchet in Südhanglage. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit einem Doppelbett. Von dort aus befindet sich ein angeschlossenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit einem Essbereich, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Stereo-Set und ein Sat-Flat-TV. Es sind zwei Badezimmer (mit Dusche und WC) vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung besitzt eine Sonnenterrasse und einen direkten Zugang zum Garten. Auf Wunsch und gegen Gebühr gibt es die Möglichkeit der Benutzung eines Solariums in der Unterkunft. Es ist außerdem möglich durch Zustellbetten weitere Gäste unterzubringen. Handtücher, Tisch- und Küchenwäsche, WLAN- Nutzung, Waschmaschinennutzung, Kleinkindausstattung und Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Wohnung sind im Grundpreis enthalten. Gegen Gebühr kann man einen Garagenstellplatz mieten.

Toll gelegene Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung

Wir haben die Unterkunft gewählt um im bayrischen Wald Rennradtouren zu fahren. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Hanglage und bietet wunderbare Aussicht aufs Dorf Lam. Wir hatten Wohnung 1 mit 2 Schlafzimmern die jeweils über ein Bad verfügt haben. Wir waren absolut zufrieden und hatten eine super Zeit :-) Alles war reichlich vorhanden. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war problemlos und absolut unkompliziert. Wir können es nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und bis bald.
