The second Schönblick apartment
The apartment is approximately 65m² and consists of two bedrooms, each with two sleeping accommodation (double bed), a sleeper sofa, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen, a dining and living room, a balcony, and a parking space for a car. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove and cooktop, an exhaust hood, a dishwasher, and much more. Each bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobes. One bedroom is located on an open loft on the top floor. The living room features a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and radio. There is seating for 4–5 people. A cot and a high chair are available. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building and can be used for a fee.

Bodenmais is a market town in the Regen district of Lower Bavaria and a health resort known for its therapeutic climate. Bodenmais is the most popular holiday destination in the Bavarian Forest. It is known for its mine and the Silberberg. Bodenmais is nestled deep in the Bavarian Forest, specifically to the southwest at the foot of the Großer Abers, and has a population of approximately 3,400. Attractions include the Silberberg visitor mine with its exhibition mine and several glassblowing workshops. The largest and best-known is the Joska Glassblowing Workshop.
Beautiful destinations for day trips include the Großer Arber and the Kleiner Arber, as well as the Großer Arbersee and the Kleiner Arbersee.
Zwiesel, Regen, Deggendorf, and Sankt Engelmar—with its treetop trail—as well as the Bodenmais Activity Centre.
An indoor pool, tennis courts, a mini-golf course, and other amenities are available. (Hiking trails)
