This home sleeps up to eight guests between three bedrooms and a twin daybed with a twin trundle below in the study, with privacy barndoors.

The primary bedroom offers a California king bed, smart TV, and a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with a double vanity, jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a crib.

The third bedroom includes a queen bed and a vintage desk.

The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The pool room bathroom has a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Sip morning coffee on the covered front porch.

In the evening, fire up the gas grill and cook dinner outdoors. While your meal sizzles, savor a crisp beverage at the bistro table.

Play and romp in the fully fenced yard. There is dog-door access to the fenced yard. Also, please note that access to the fenced yard is through the front door.

Parking is available for up to two cars in the driveway. Street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The garage is not accessible.
Access to this single-story home is via two steps at the entryway.

Please note that pets are allowed with a $200 pet fee.

1. The property is equipped with two exterior security cameras at the front, back, and side entrance, recording video and audio 24/7
2. The footage is kept confidential and is used solely for liability reasons, such as in cases of break-ins, suspicious activity, unauthorized pets, exceeding occupancy limits, or violations of house rules.
3. These cameras only monitor public exterior areas - front door, back entrance-and do not infringe on guests' privacy.
4. Any attempt to disable, cover, or interfere with the cameras is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
5. The full security deposit will be forfeited if any violations occur, and guests may be asked to leave the property immediately without any refund.
