Beach front home in Klada

In a secluded place by the sea is this small and simply furnished semi-detached house. On the first floor there is a kitchen and a bathroom, from here a steep staircase (not suitable for children) leads up to the second floor. There the first bedroom is a passage room. To get to the third floor there is an outside staircase, where right at the entrance there is a small bathroom and a small bedroom with a beautiful sea view. Next to the terrace with barbecue there is a pool. To the house there is an approx. 3 km asphalted, steep serpentine road.

We stayed at this fantastic place for two weeks. The house has its own access to the water where you can sit or lie down. The area is fantastically beautiful for swimming, walking, paddle boarding or sailing. The landlord is very friendly and if there is anything you can always reach him. He is very helpful. The supermarket is unfortunately a bit of a drive but that is no problem if you do groceries for a week, for example. This easily fits in the very spacious fridge and freezer. We will definitely come back😎☀️

Ein Bauwerk das bei uns niemals eine Genehmigung bekommen würde.

Ich weiß nicht ob es in Kroatien sowas wie eine Baugenehmigung gibt. Ist mir aber egal. In dem Gebäude ist vom Erdgeschoss in den ersten Stock, wo sich die ersten Schlafzimmer befinden, eine Treppe die ist so steil, das man diese am besten nur ohne Koffer benutzt.

Traumhafte Kulisse und Ruhe

Donja Klada ist genau das Richtige, wenn man keinen Massentourismus mag. Ruhe, Natur in traumhafter Kulisse. Das Haus ist sehr schön, jedoch müsste es etwas modernisiert werden. Warmwasser in der Küche, Backofen, größerer Herd. Wir können den Ort nur empfehlen.

Ideal für niedrige Urlaubsansprüche

Einleitend ist zu erwähnen, dass die Kommunikation außschließlich über den Vermieter geregelt wird, idealerweise auf Kroatisch oder Englisch. Lage: Sehr ruhig gelegenes Dorf in einer Bucht mit schönem Blick auf´s Meer. Vor Ort sind keine Aktivitäten und Einkaufsmöglichkeit, jedoch kann an mobilen Verkaufswägen täglich Backwaren oder wöchentlich Obst≥müse und Tiefkühlkost gekauft werden. Größere Shops oder Restaurant´s sind ab 30 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem PKW zu erreichen. Objekt: Die Unterkunft ist minimal und einfach eingerichtet, Highlight sind leider nur fließend Wasser & Strom, funktionsfähige Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen. Die Einrichtung selbst empfinden wir als dauerhaft provisorisch und sollte zum Teil modernisiert bzw. repariert werden. Zur Versorgung einer Familie (2 Erwachsene + 3 Kinder) stehen 2 kleine Kochplatten zur Verfügung, jedoch ist es nicht möglich beide gleichzeitig mit größeren Pfannen oder Töpfen zu nutzen, die kleine 40cm-Spülmaschien ist auch abenteuerlich. Kaffeemaschine und Waschmaschine sind nicht vorhanden, warmes Wasser gibt’s auch nur in der Dusche. Im Außenbereich gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten sich zu verletzten, ob am bzw. im Pool durch scharfkantige oder fehlende Steine ist auch bei der Außentreppe zum Obergeschoss und an der Sitzmöglichkeit Vorsicht geboten. Zusammengefasst sollten Kleinkinder oder „ältere“ Menschen diese Unterkunft eher meiden. Auch für Hunde gibt’s kein Stück Rasen oder Möglichkeiten zum Auslauf. Wir waren dort, würden es aber nicht erneut buchen oder als Geschenkgutschein einlösen.
