With just a couple of feet away from the crystal blue sea, a stunning location of Villa Arca Adriatica attracts travelers and families from all around the Europe. Our guests enjoy spectacular view on natural beauty of Kvarner islands, a peaceful peninsular setting, above pebble and rock beach.
You will be placed in generously sized apartment Gajeta**** that is luxury designed and has a spacious interior with large terrace and balcony in every room, which maximize the splendor of the surroundings.
Waking up with the sounds of seagulls, intoxicating Mediterranean and Adriatic fragrances, or enjoying pictures sun sets.
Apartment Gajeta**** in Villa Arca Adriatica is a perfect getaway, and a base from which you can surrender yourself to a complete Mediterranean experience.
The Villa is located in park of nature North Velebit and build according to very strict ecological criteria.
We produce all the electricity for the needs of the Villa ourselves. We have an ecological water purification device.
The water is drinkable at every tap in the Villa.
An outdoor, solar shower is available, including a large, spacious garden sink for rinsing off diving and swimming gear.
There is a large barbeque area in front of Villa, parking place, free of charge, as well.

Atemberaubend!!

Wir haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage in dem Appartement verbracht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön und die Wohnung sehr sauber. Die Vermieter, Cedo und Vesna, sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend und standen uns bei jeglichen Fragen sofort zur Hilfe! Auch kleine Veränderungen bezüglich der Buchung waren kein Problem! Ein Auto ist definitiv von großem Vorteil, aber ein Strand sowie die nächste Kleinstadt ist prima zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir würden jedes Mal wieder kommen! Lennart(19), Yara(18) und Lina(18)

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit Traumblick

Wir haben jeden Abend auf unserer wunderschönen Terrasse den Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang und das Meer genossen . Zu Fuß konnten wir nach Sveti Jurai laufen um dort im Riva oder Mul zu essen . Beide Restaurants waren auch die Empfehlung von Vesna und Cedo ,die uns während unseres Aufenthaltes immer wieder mit netten Kleinigkeiten aus der Küche oder dem Garten überrascht haben . Den Strand vor unserem Haus haben wir zum Baden und für unsere Kajaks sehr oft nutzen können , obwohl er nicht sehr groß war . Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Familie Hoffmann

Schoon appartement met schitterend uitzicht op zee

Uitstekend appartement met erg mooi uitzicht op zee en de eilanden voor de kust. De weg oversteken en je kunt zwemmen in het helderste zeewater. Erg vriendelijke verhuurders. Appartement was brandschoon bij aankomst. Kortom, een aanrader.

Wir können uns den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Das Appartement ist einfach nur traumhaft. Die Bilder der Unterkunft entsprechen der Realität. Die Vermieter hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und den ein oder anderen Tipp. Gastfreundschaft pur. Ein herzliches Dankeschön für die drei wundervollen Wochen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

DieAussicht vom Balkon ist eine Wucht. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett. Dass einzige , was wir vermisst haben (aber das ist schon meckern auf hohem Niveau) ist ein Backofrn sowie einen Toaster, wobei ich mir sicher bin, dass uns die Vermieter einen Toaster gegeben hätten, hätten wir gefragt. So haben wir gelernt, dass man auch mit einer Bratpfanne Brot rösten kann :-) Wirklich, die Ferienwohnung können wir nur empfehlen. Liebe Grüße an Vesna und Cedo Beate und Gerd

Supermooie woning met een geweldig uitzicht!

Het appartement is volledig in orde, zowel qua grootte (ruim appartement met groot terras), qua comfort (airco, wasmachine, vaatwasser, handdoeken en lakens aanwezig), qua ligging (baan oversteken en je zit in de zee tussen de rosten, mogelijkheden om verschillende stranden te bezoeken, Plitvice, eiland Rab, Zavartnicabaai,....). Ook supervriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaars die je advies en tips geven.
