Hi! My family has been coming to Naples since the 1930’s. I’ve been visiting here since I was a little girl and moved here 11 years ago from San Francisco to care for my mother after a devastating stroke. I started acquiring properties 10 years ago and managing them myself. A year ago after selling a property to an Airbnb/VRBO investor I thought I’d give the vacation rental business a try. This property has been transformed from a neglected 4 plex to a remodeled upscale boutique hotel feel. Beautiful gardens, each stanza (unit) has its very own private lanai to enjoy listening to the birds sing in the morning to star gazing at night. There will be private seating areas around the brand new pool currently under construction and scheduled to open fall 2022. I have perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ratings.
