Our little cottage sits on a serene double lot with lots of privacy in a gated community. The main cottage has 2 bedrooms with a hall-accessed full bath and an open loft upstairs with its own bathroom, twin bed and sofa. Above the garage is a cute studio with a full bath and its own kitchenette. Bedrooms are comfortable with a king size bed in one and queen size in the other, including smart tvs. The kitchen is fully stocked along with a well-appointed coffee and tea bar. Think cozy NYC size kitchen in the main cottage but it has everything a cook needs to prepare meals along with a vast open backyard area with grill, picnic table, deck and covered pavilion for gathering. Gaze at the stars in the night sky while soaking in the hot tub* or enjoy a fire at either the gazebo fireplace or the central fire pit at night!
During the day explore the nature trails in the neighborhood or park just around the corner with water access. Put out your kayaks there or just splash around. Basketball and sand volleyball courts available, too!
(*Please note that as of 3/30 the heating unit on the hot tub is currently not functioning and we are working on a solution. Hot tub may still be used if desired.)

Property perfectly suited our needs. Stayed over Christmas holiday visiting family that lived in the Cape. Comfortable beds, clean nicely decorated house, quiet street. Would definitely stay here again and would be my first choice in the Cape.
We had a great time. Jennifer was very responsive. The place had everything we needed. Great set up. The garage apt was perfect for our group with use of the main house. We used everything such as hot tub, fire pit, chairs, gazebo, kayaks, beach access at the park. It was clean. We would definitely go back.

We’re so happy you had a wonderful time! Thanks for taking great care of everything!
To cheap to allow the A/C to run or have professional pest control
Everything that you need to enjoy your stay. Besides having spider webs inside the only issue was the temperature setting on the thermostat would only hold for two hours and the program setting on the A/C was 78 degrees/day and 75/night. Waking up sweating is not comfortable.

Thank you for the feedback. I will be sure to address the spider webs. As far as the thermostat goes, sometimes those smart thermostats can be tricky! I don’t touch the thermostat when guests are on site so that they can adjust to their comfort level, so never hesitate to reach out to me when you can’t get it worked out to your satisfaction.
The main house also smelled very musty. It was fine because we only needed it for overflow at night for people to sleep.
We had someone in our group get stung by a red wasp and my husband had to go over and spray a LOT of wasp nests around the porch and garage apartment.
We didn't even use the garage apartment because the wasps were still outside the door even after spraying.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about someone getting stung. We have since had the wasps professionally treated so it is no longer an issue.
