About this property

Luxury apartment in tropical location

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury apartment on the north side of the island, in the hills with beautiful ocean views. Gated community with access to a 25 meter pool, gym and grounds. Comfortably furnished and a quiet location.

*Thai law requires a 30 night minimum stay unless operating under a hotel license.*

**I ask for a $75.00 per stay fee as a deposit to cover the cost of electricity, which is a standard practice in Thailand - I charge as per the meter at check-in and check-out, at cost, no markup and will return unused portion to the renter**

Why they chose this property

I lived in APAC for 2 decades and I started coming to Thailand and this island in the late 1990s. I love this island and a few years ago decided to buy a place here - I come for a few months every year.

What makes this property unique

While most people would like a beachfront property, in Thailand those tend to be limited to hotels and the most desirable living spaces are in the hills, with beautiful ocean views. There are many beautiful beaches on Koh Samui, including Maenam Beach, which is the closest to my place.
