Plenty of room to spread out in this special 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome situated on the green for hole 1 at the Grenelefe Golf Resort. The screened in lanai is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, or a quiet evening glass of wine.

Inside you will find a comfortable sectional sofa, with cushions and soft throws for curling up after a day on the links or at the parks. 3 fully equipped bedrooms will be calling to you when it’s time to retire for the night.

The kitchen has everything you could need for everything from a quick snack to a full meal. Restaurants, shopping and attractions within a short distance.

Ring doorbell at front door for safety and security of guests and property.

Winter getaway

We enjoyed our time at Grenelife. The unit was very comfortable and well stocked. We had an issue, no kettle, and connected with the owner and Amazon delivered one the next day. It was quiet and very relaxing.

Advertising was misleading!

Very isolated from activities and restaurants! On golf course implied, but NO GOLF COURSE!

It’s unfortunate that we had no control over the golf course closing. As you can see, we updated our listing to reflect that. Throughout your stay, we had few communications, and all were responded to timely. I’m sorry that you felt your stay with us warranted such a rating without reaching out to us.

We purchased this townhouse as our own family’s getaway as we are avid Disney/Universal fans. This location provides us with a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle, with plenty of space for our own 6 children!
