Lower level bonus room is perfect for the kids with flat screen TV, foosball and easy access to private hot tub. Ping Pong, 2nd full sized refrigerator, 6 beach chairs, beach wagon, rolling cooler, 2 stand up paddle boards, 12 beach towels, 8 pickle ball sets, 2 bikes, corn hole and other misc beach toys all in garage for guest's use which is a rare perk!
