This Traverse City vacation rental is an ideal Up North retreat, made for exploring the gorgeous shores of Lake Michigan. The Bungalow offers a charming home base to return to at the end of the day complete with a well-equipped kitchen, relaxing deck and spa appointed yard space perfect for four legged friends. Centrally Located just two miles from downtown Traverse City and Beaches.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out Requests are not possible.
We recognize that our guests often want to request early arrival or later check-outs. While we really try to say yes to our guest requests, this is the one request that we cannot accommodate.

We strive to have our homes in perfect order for your arrival and that is a monumental task for our cleaning & maintenance crews to attain in the amount of time allotted. Having guests arrive earlier or stay later adds additional pressure to an already tight timeline.

HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES

- Vacation Rental Agreement signature required upon confirmation, contain full House Rules.
- No smoking/Candle burning indoors
- Pet allowed with fee $150.00 (Max 1 Allowed) Add on fee applied prior to arrival upon host approval of your pet. Please provide your pets description include Name, Age, Breed and size. 
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Photo ID may be required at check-in
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras, around the perimeter, facing out. They do not look into any interior spaces
