Villa Pedro is a perfect house for families and groups who like to take part in the buzzing buzz of the Playa de Palma and undisturbed beach pleasures and are looking for a quiet, comfortable holiday home.

Comfortable villa for 6 people in Arenal, quiet, central and close to the beach. Close to the beach in a quiet side street on the lively Playa de Palma lies this spacious holiday home, which offers space for up to 6 people on approx. 200 m2 of living space and was newly renovated and refurnished in November 2017. On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with double bed, living room, a bathroom with shower and a cozy well equipped kitchen with dining area. On the first floor you will find another large bedroom, a spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi and a cozy fireplace room with sleeping facilities for 2 people. Behind the house is a beautiful spacious sun terrace with barbecue for cozy evenings in the circle of family and friends. On some other outdoor areas and terraces you will find nice opportunities to relax and enjoy the special atmosphere and flair of this trendy area.

Toller Kurzurlaub in einem wunderschönen und großzügigen Ferienhaus! Die Lage ist optimal. Sowohl ruhig, als auch nah zum Strand und zur Partymeile. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Frau Lutter. Rückfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Checkin und Checkout mit Javi waren ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Zusammengefasst: Besser geht’s nicht! Danke für die tolle Zeit!

Great location but with some serious issues

The property is located in a very convenient area. There is plenty of space for multiple people and the general facilities were good. The property has some serious issues though: 1. There is a smell of raw sewage in both bathrooms, dishwasher and the kitchen which comes and goes. It can be very overwhelming! 2. We killed 3 huge cockroach's both upstairs and downstairs. We also saw poisonous cockroach traps left in some rooms. We had 1 toddler and 1 child so had to make sure they were not touched. 3. The mattresses need replacing. I think they needed to be replaced many, many years ago. 4. There was not enough kitchen towels, bin liners or toilet paper available and we had to purchase more. 5. There are constant mosquitoes in every room. I lost count of the amount of bites I have. 6. The Air Con needs to be serviced. It absolutely stinks when you turn it on. 7. There was a used sex toy left in the cabinet in the living room. Personally I wouldn't recommend the property and wouldn't return.

Wir hatten ein paar wundervolle Tage in der Villa Pedro. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Lutter war einwandfrei, schnell und sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist schnell am Strand, schnell auf der „Partymeile“ und es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Super Villa ideal für 6 Personen *****

Wir waren im September mit 6 Männern in der Finca Pedro. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Zwei Bäder sind bei 6 Personen ein angenehmer Luxus. Die Terrasse und die verschiedenen Balkone laden auch mal zum verweilen im Haus ein. Zum Strand und zur Schinkenstraße ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg. Bei Frau Lutter bleibt keine E Mail unbeantwortet und Javi rundet mit einer perfekten Schlüsselübergabe und einer netten Präsens vor Ort den Aufenthalt in der Villa Pedro ab. Fazit: ***** alles bestens wir kommen wieder

Top - Immer wieder gerne !

Wir haben einen Mädels Urlaub gemacht und waren begeistert. Das Haus ist top und entspricht den Bildern. Es ist groß und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, circa 4 Minuten zum Strand und wer Party möchte, ist in 10 Minuten im Geschehen. Supermarkt, Cafés, Restaurants alles im unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Kontakt mit Frau Lutter und Javi waren einfach super ! Von der Buchung über den Erstkontakt bis zur Schlüsselübergabe und der zeitnahen Rückerstattung der Kaution. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt- vielen Dank! Klare Weiterempfehlung !

Super Haus. Die Buchung + Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos geklappt. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigem Teil. Einzig nervig waren manchmal die bellenden Hunde. Wir würden aber das Haus gerne wieder buchen. Daumen hoch.
