The 66 m² living space are high quality and very tastefully decorated. The living / dining room is equipped with a comfortable couch, a TV and a dining area. From there you have direct access to the south / east balcony with a wonderful view of the Hanseatic city of Wismar. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle and more). The shower room and the separate bedroom with double bed is very modern. WiFi is accessible without cost. On arrival 2 beds are made for you and towels are ready. Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

Due to its prime location, you reside directly between the Wismar bay and the picturesque old town, which is also a UNESCO World Heritage site. Therefore, you can reach numerous restaurants, cozy cafes, shops and cultural institutions in just a few minutes. The Ohlerich Speicher is an extraordinary building right at the tip of the Old Port in Wismar. The old warehouse was completely renovated in 2018 and now has a lift and 48 beautiful apartments.

Gemütliches Appartement mit toller Terrasse

An-und Abreise/Schlüsselübergabe persönlich und absolut problemlos (Parkmöglichkeit in fussläufiger Entfernung vorhanden, Ein-Ausladen direkt vor dem Objekt möglich); das Appartement ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und optimal ausgestattet; die Betten sind ebenfalls sehr bequem (einzig die Kopfkissen haben uns nicht zugesagt); wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick zum alten Hafen (und Sonne, wenn Sie dann da ist, bis zum späten Abend); das Appartement ist toll gelegen (Bäcker und div. andere Einrichtungen in unmittelbarer Nähe ), die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind kurzläufig erreichbar - um es kurz zu machen...jederzeit wieder!
